The Team
We spent years building before we truly understood users. Fraser is our answer to that.

Lythe is an AI research and product company building systems that help companies understand users before they build.
Our work is shaped by the principle of murmuration.
In nature, a murmuration emerges when thousands of starlings (birds) move together without central control. Each bird responds only to local signals. From those local interactions, a larger intelligence emerges.
That is the foundation behind Fraser. Product intelligence does not come from one perfect AI persona, one interview, or one support ticket. The pattern matters more than the individual signal.
Fraser runs many independent AI personas, each shaped by a different customer context, goal, pain point, objection, and behavior. Each persona moves through a product independently. Together, they reveal repeated friction, weak assumptions, broken flows, misunderstood value, and decisions users are likely to reject.
We built Fraser because we had this problem ourselves. We shipped fast, launched often, and learned that speed means nothing if you build the wrong thing.
Fraser turns customer conversations, support data, and product flows into simulated users that help teams decide what to build next. The next generation of software will learn from customers, simulate what matters, and autonomously surface the patterns teams need before they launch.
Lythe helps teams understand what users need before they build. We are building product intelligence around emergent patterns.
If you want to build AI systems that make human behavior easier to understand we want to hear from you.
