We want what we build to fail.
And, we mean it.
Today, products are released before they are ready. The user becomes the test. The engineer becomes the cleanup crew. The mistake becomes feedback.
We think that is stupid.
Something that has never struggled has no right to be trusted.
We learned this the hard way.
So we build for the mistakes first. We want the failures early. We want the ugly cases. We want the moments when nothing goes as planned.
Because trust should never come before proof.
Nothing should learn its first lesson on a real person.
